Microsoft Office 365 Government Cloud with Co-Pilot

 An AI-powered productivity suite designed specifically for public sector agencies, combining generative AI with high-level data security and compliance. It integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook) while meeting CJIS and FedRamp strict regulatory standards.  

Passport Parking and Curb Management

Passport's parking system with AI is a digital, cloud-based platform that combines mobile payment, digital enforcement, and permit management with artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize curb management for cities and improve parking for users. 

Laserfiche 12 Hybrid Cloud

 Laserfiche 12 with AI is a major release of the Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) platform, launched in late 2024 and expanded through 2025–2026, which integrates generative artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and advanced intelligent capture directly into document management and workflow automation processes. 

Civic Plus, Civic Clerk and Civic Rec

 CivicPlus with AI (CivicPlus Intelligence) is a suite of AI-driven, purpose-built tools designed for local governments to automate tasks, enhance resident services, and improve operational efficiency. It provides AI chatbots, content moderation, automated building plan reviews, and agenda management to help staff reduce manual workloads and improve community engagement. 


New AI-Driven Software Implementations

As part of the DCIS Capital and Operating budgets, software applications have been chosen with AI integrations as the dominant factor. The majority of these new applications are focused around Public Safety and Law Enforcement and were chosen for their ability to increase response times and protect Police Officers.

Genetec Security Desk & iPro Active Guard

Genetec Security Center is a platform that manages IP video surveillance, access control, and automatic license plate recognition (ALPR). i-PRO Active Guard (often referred to as i-PRO AI) is a specialized software plugin that integrates directly into the Genetec Security Desk, allowing it to manage and search data from i-PRO's AI-powered edge cameras in real-time. 

Central Square Pro Suite RMS-CAD

CentralSquare Public Safety Pro Suite is a comprehensive software platform designed for small-to-mid-sized public safety agencies. It unifies 911 call handling, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), and mobile data into a single, integrated system.

FirstTwo

CentralSquare FirstTwo is a cloud-native, map-based intelligence platform acquired by CentralSquare Technologies in Dec 2025. It provides Public Safety officials with real-time, actionable data on their mobile devices, showing potential risks, site history, and surroundings within the crucial first two minutes of a scene response. 

Apptegy

 Apptegy is a comprehensive platform designed to manage communications, branding, and community engagement for the Village's Downtown area through one centralized system. It offers custom websites, app notifications, and mass alerts, enabling the Village to share updates and connect with residents and businesses via desktop or mobile .
